AP: Death Toll in China Floods Rises to 68

From AP, via Las Vegas SUN:

The number of people killed in flooding in China’s mountainous south has risen to 68, with another 62 missing after torrential rains washed away houses and livestock, the government said Friday.

Most of the deaths were reported in Hunan province, where 47 people have been killed and 53 were reported missing since the rainy season officially began Wednesday, the official Xinhua News Agency said.
