Police arrested more than a dozen Tibetan activists in separate incidents in New Delhi on Tuesday after they tried to storm venues of meetings between Indian and Chinese leaders, in protests that drew a rebuke from Beijing.
In one incident, four flag-draped Tibetan protesters managed to breach heavy security outside the ornate Hyderabad House, as Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chinese President Hu Jintao held talks. [Full Text]
