India, China sign Cultural Exchange Programme – China National News

China and India have signed an agreement to allow artists, writers, archivists, musicians, and anthropologists to study and perform for up to three months as a cultural exchange.

Adding another dimension to their burgeoning ties, India and China Wednesday signed a two-year Cultural Exchange Programme (CEP) under which artists and officials will exchange visits.

Under this programme, an official delegation of five members from each country will visit the other side for seven days to organise performances, exhibitions and cultural festivals. [Full Text]
