Executives Caught By China Visa Changes

Changes in China’s visa policies are causing widespread consternation in Hong Kong where businessmen have long taken easy access to the mainland for granted.

Responding to enquiries from chambers of commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Hong Kong office said earlier this week that the issuance of multiple-entry visas had not been suspended but asked overseas visitors to secure China visas in their home countries before landing in Hong Kong.
