Tibet: Culture on the Edge

Outside Magazine has published a slideshow of photos by Phil Borges from his new book, Tibet: Culture on the Edge. The book documents Tibet as it confronts the triple threat of, “global warming, development, and cultural devastation.” More of Phil Borges’ work can be found on his website. You can also read about his decision, at the age of 45, to leave his orthodontic practice and become a full-time photographer.
