A report by the Sydney Morning Herald claims that the Internet is changing the traditional, conservative behaviors of China’s citizens because it allows them to communicate “anonymously” and “vent” their real feelings. (That is, of course, as long as their online chats have nothing to do with political criticism.) For example, more and more people in China are logging onto the web to find romantic relationships, friendships, or set up encounters for casual sex. Read the story here.
