A recent study conducted by the World Economic Forum (WEF) has said that India was ahead of China as far as the state of public sector institutions was concerned.
According to The News, on the Public Institutions Index, India at 53rd place was ahead of China, which was having the 56th position. Pakistan was the bottom of the list with a rank of 102 out of 104 countries, marginally better than Chad and Bangladesh.
