Opinion leaders and other influential Chinese are starting to caution their countrymen to think twice about ratcheting up anti-Japanese demonstrations by boycotting Japanese products.
They say the strategy could backfire.
After all, it is Chinese workers who are earning a living by making products for Japanese firms in China.
