Monologue of a Whistle-blower’s Letter, Part 1 – Jiang Huanwen

I am an stealth anti-corruption bomb composed of a pile of accurate figures and words.

Don’t know in a manner since what century, what dynasty, what year, my owner named me “reporting letter” on the letterhead, outlining awe-inspiring numbers and words filled with explosiveness and spiciness. The characters jumped into the computer off the keyboard and leapt into Internet signals thrusting into the universe and beaming out to various web platforms to receive the letter.

My brothers and sisters, uncountable, all have the same mission of their own owners and secretively charge into the backyard of joyful reportees via unknown routes and a variety of channels. [Full Text in Chinese]

But to the surprise of my owner, this stealth bomb often runs into congestion through the bore of the cannon, which it must go through. Thus the stealth bomb, a product of endless energy and time, dies during the process of launching.

Then in order to track down my whereabouts, my owner launches a most advanced locating system to learn about my precise location.
