From Reuters, via The Washington Post: Commerce chief to lead business trip to China:

With congressional anger over China's exchange rate policy nearing a flash point, U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez said on Wednesday he would lead a mission to boost exports to that country."

It's important to note that our exports this year to China, year-to-date to May, are up 37 percent," Gutierrez said in an interview about his plans to lead a delegation of 20 to 30 U.S. companies to Beijing and Shanghai in November. "So, we have momentum and we want to build on that."
