Hong Kong’s Ming Pao Daily reported on Oct, 15, 2007: The hotel locations of different provincial delegations to the 17th Party Congress are still kept secret.
According to Ming Pao’s report, every delegate’s room has a confidentiality reminder notice: It bans delegates from bringing Congress-related documents out of their hotels, and from using the Internet in their hotel rooms. The Party Congress also issued a notice to all the delegates which said that in order to keep the election of the Congress fair, delegates who are living in the same hotel are strictly forbidden from “making connections” (‰∏≤ËÅî) for votes lobbying activities.
