From China National News: “China’s leaders have moved to protect the peoples’ right to petition local governments, and clarified procedures through which complaints may be submitted.
Premier Wen Jiabao chaired an executive meeting of the State Council Wednesday to draft new rules on local petitions, the state-owned Xinhua news agency reported.”
