While it has the largest population in China, Sichuan is vastly more famous for it’s food, known as Chuan Cai (Â∑ùËèú). The province goes to great lengths to promote its cuisine. In February, Sichuanese they built the largest hot pot in Asia, and, more recently, held a massive Rib Eating Competition. The winner, pictured below, was a man named Ying Jian.
