Current.com carries Superkiy‘s newly made video “Art Says No to Mao.” Superkiy says that “Chinese contemporary artists are making fun of communism’s sacred cows in the name of art, while over 2200 delegates continue political meetings at the 17th Communist Party Congress in Beijing.” The video illustrates how Chinese artists put their own understandings of communism into their works of art, but of course they are censored.
