China Issues New Land Management Statute

has published a statute, “Methods for Punishing Violations of Regulations on Land Management“, that replaces the “Provisional Methods for Punishing Violations of Regulations on Land Management” as of June 1.

The document was recently issued jointly by the Central Commission for (CCDI), the Ministry of Supervision (MOS), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social (MHRSS) and the Ministry of Land Resources (MLR).

The new statute is the latest indication that the Central Committee of the Communist of China (CPC) and the State Council have always given priority to the issue of . follows several important measures taken by the authorities to maintain order in land management.
