China: Gay Pageant Contestant Wins a Prize

In an updated to this past CDT post, Chinese contestant Xiao Dai was the third runner up at the Worldwide Mr. Gay pageant in Oslo:

…Xiao Dai, entered the contest despite the fact that Chinese authorities last month canceled Mr. Gay China, a smaller pageant in Beijing that would have been the first of its kind. After the cancellation, contestants and organizers quietly selected Xiao Dai to represent China in Oslo.
