Xi Jinping no longer serves concurrently as the Party secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
The post is now held by Yu Zhengsheng, according to the CPC Central Committee. Xi Jinping has been elected a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
Yu Zhengsheng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, no longer acts concurrently as Party secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC, according to a decision of the CPC Central Committee. [Full Text]
