Jiao Guobiao’s essay condemning the Propaganda Bureau is finally getting some international attention (although Wang Feng reported on it here two weeks ago). In addition to the NYT article posted below, RFA has also reported on Jiao’s essay. I have not yet seen an English translation of his essay, which is being widely distributed online, including here. If anyone has access to a translation, please let us know.
