China had $1.26 billion worth of trade barrier cases from 22 major trading partners, including India and the United States, in 2004, more than any other country, the Ministry of Commerce said in its annual report on Friday.
“The Foreign Market Access Report 2005” released by the ministry alleges unfair trade practices by 22 major trading partners, including India. China’s exports to these countries accounted for about 68 per cent of Beijing’s total exports in 2004.
