Actually, on May 31, 2007, there was another similar photo on netease.com which generated a heated discussion among netizens. The photo shows Zhongyuan West Road of Zhengzhou city, Henan province, where there was a police vehicle with the following slogan parked at the intersection on May 30, 2007. The slogan says: “Those who use a car for robbery will be shot on the spot!”
