Purpose of Application: To ascertain the legality of Chinese Internet service providers shutting off connection to seven websites, including www.google.com, I apply for the dislosure of following information. According to Article 21 in “Regulation on Telecommunications Regulations of the People’s Republic of China,” Part 1 of Article 9 in “Regulation of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information,” Part 8 and Part 15 of Article 9 in “Measures of Information Disclosure of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,” the information I hereby ask to be disclosed shall be provided by government agencies on their own initiatives.
Subject: Application to Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to disclose the official document that allows Internet service providers to shut off connection with seven websites including www.google.com.
