CDT has translated a video by iRead Magazine and Ming’en Media on the outbound flow of wealthy Chinese immigrant investors globally, explaining the various requirements held by each destination country. Some of the immigrant investor policies described have changed since this video was originally posted in 2012 (for example, last year Canada scrapped their program and installed a new pilot).
