R&D centers flood in to harness the Chinese brain

Leveraging Chinese resources to develop more products that suit the China market and grab more market shares is a self-evident market strategy for multinationals. ‘Grabbing the China market by harnessing the Chinese wisdom’ became the wind vane for multinationals in 2004.”
