For the latest installment in his CDT series, cartoonist Crazy Crab of Hexie Farm alludes to President Xi Jinping’s reference to the “Chinese Dream” as well as the thousands of pig carcasses pulled from the Huangpu River in recent weeks. In this cartoon, President Xi is shown sleepwalking in a dreamland full of dead pigs. The signs depict Xi’s new slogan: “We should have firm confidence in our path, in our theories and in our system.”
