For his latest CDT cartoon, Badiucao shows former security chief Zhou Yongkang, who is reportedly under investigation for corruption, wearing a children’s tiger mask. When President Xi Jinping launched the ongoing crackdown on corruption, he announced he would fight wrongdoing among both “tigers and flies” or high- and low-ranking officials. If convicted, Zhou could be Xi’s biggest tiger catch yet.
