Wal-Mart allows first union shop in China – Rowan Callick

US retail giant Wal-Mart conceded at the weekend to the establishment of its first ever trade union — in China’s southern Fujian province.

The world’s biggest retailer, buys 1 per cent of China’s entire gross domestic product annually, chiefly for its US stores. [Full Text]
