In April, CDT Founder and Editor-in-Chief Xiao Qiang delivered a talk at TedxLiberdade in tune with the event’s theme: “The Power of Together.” In his talk, Xiao discusses the Internet’s potential to help in the development of civil society in China, despite Beijing’s censorship regime.
