North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is reportedly considering a visit to China in late March to discuss Pyongyang’s economic woes with Chinese leaders.
According to South Korea’s Yonhap news agency, diplomatic sources in Beijing said China is pushing to invite the reclusive North Korean leader after its National People’s Congress ends in late March and before President Hu Jintao‘s visit to Japan in mid-April.
