- Zhāng Xīnqǐ [张新起] (Zhang is the newly appointed mayor of Qingdao. He has had lawns dug up and planted densely with new trees, earning him the Weibo nickname “Tree Planting Magnate [zhòngshù dàwáng 种树大王]。”)
